Weaponry

Weaponry is the branch of The Skill Tree that deals with all the handheld weapons that the mercenaries use in Dust 514. They can be broken down into three main groups.

Sidearms

These are your back-up weapons. Pistols, Submachine Guns and Nova Knives. They have a limited range and are best used when switching to a second weapon is quicker than reloading your primary weapon.

Light

The main weapons of the battlefield and the primary weapon of the majority of players. These include Assault Rifles, Swarm Launchers, Sniper and Scrambler Rifles. The majority of them are used in short to medium range engagements.

Heavy

The damage dealers. Heavy Machine Guns for use against infantry and Forge Guns against vehicles. Getting in the way of either of them is going to not end well for your clone.
