| I think it's time for you to know the objective of my mission here in E-8CSQ. We were to infiltrate Kois City, the central administrative complex in G5ED-Y, from where the Caldari send all of their expeditions, and answer the question that has been nagging my superiors back home, "Why are they here?".


Rewards
Now getting into Kois City will be no easy task. It's heavily fortified. But on the bright side I think I know exactly what we're looking for. My sources tell me that the expeditionary forces store most of the data they have collected in a computer within the city's science labs. Backup data is also stored in data chips within their storage facility in the civilian sector of the city. Therefore your task is to somehow get into the civilian quarter and acquire at least one of those data chips. From this data we will hopefully be able to piece together their objective, and find out if it's worth our time to get involved.
The following rewards will be yours if you complete this mission: 8,000,000 ISK


This used to be Black Jack's task, but I assume he discovered something that convinced him to cut ties with us and go solo. But I will tell you this, it is in your best interest to complete this task at any cost. Should you fail, or decide to 'keep' the data for yourself, the Syndicate will hunt you down like a dog and force you to watch your own family executed in the cruelest of ways.

Infiltrate Kois City, find the storage facility in the Civilian Quarter and destroy it. Loot the Expeditionary Data from the wreckage and return to your agent.

This is terrible news. Black Jack possibly dead? This changes everything. But before we pack our bags and head back to Syndicate space, I want to make sure our information is correct.

Mission briefing
As you heard from Gue, Tikui Makan recently boasted of killing Black Jack. We need to confirm this statement before we abandon our assignment. Gue lists the coordinates to Tikui's hideout in his message, and I want you to take a closer look. See if you can find Tikui there, and if you do tell him to give you the exact coordinates of the encounter he had with Black Jack so that we may identify his corpse, if there is one. Just make sure he's telling the truth.
