I am contesting that. For me, Kruul's reinforcements triggered even after the pleasure garden, and all other NPCs, were already destroyed.
The "Kruul's reinforcements" never spawned (6 battleships) when i destroyed the Casino before attacking Kruul though the "Kruul's Pleasure Gardens reinforcements" did still spawn.
