| While fighting the last defenders of this hideout, you noticed three of their ships warp out and disappear from radar. Your navigational computer has had a few minutes now to mull over the data they left and has come up with a probable destination in case you want to chase them.

This is a multi-part (up to four) escalation which can be triggered by completing [[Angel Hideout]] anomaliesThere seemed to be no ship restrictions on the gates, and the entire escalation was completed easily in a HAC.  
This expedition consists of four different open area locations, all in high security systems (although some low security travel may be required to reach a location).  All locations will have a Newly Constructed Acceleration gate leading to a second room. Accessing this gate is not required to complete this expedition.  Gates permit all non-capital ships except capsules.


The ships encountered during the expedition are [[Frigate]] and [[Destroyer]] class. The names and amount of ships may vary from what is listed here.

At the first, there are seven Angel frigates and a Domination commander frigate. There is also a "Newly constructed acceleration gate". If you use the gate, you arrive in a pocket with a named Angel boss and a couple of Angel destroyers. They are all out of range and warp off as you approach. This gave the escalation.

The next location was the same as the first, except that it contained no faction npc. Again moving through the acceleration gate and watching the npc warp off gave the escalation.

The third location held many more npcs, including a few cruisers. Passing through the acceleration gate and the named boss warped off, but left the bodyguards.

The last location contained a group of frigs and cruisers, which triggered a second wave of npcs, and then the boss.  
|It seems like the weird sound once in a while coming from your left dashboard is not from the navigation computer after all, at least it seems to have calculated the whereabouts of these Angel frigates pretty accurately. Not accurately enough though as they warp out as soon as you enter space and your instruments come up with a best approximation for their next destination.
