I agree, most of the more in-depth stuff is being covered in the new "Ships" category setup... this guide might still want to be in that category though. It is nice to have a basic one-page quick reference too, like this Overview. I've added to the description to make the point of the page a little more clear. Did some linking up at the ends of things... most of the new ships pages use info from this guide, since it was all great info worth reusing. It's a multi-page expansion based off this article really. This might end up getting reverted again, I don't know. Trying to think how a one-page guide, and a multi-page expansion can work together, without there being a ton of unneeded overlap. I figure this is meant to be a brief overlay, and the other pages will have the stats and the in-depth info, as well as links to all the ships.
