Anyways, I was hoping you could fly down and check it out. While the Fleet was docked up, I had my boys go over their comms system. We've got ourselves the name of a Cartel agent involved in the invasion. Abdiel Verat.

It may sound strange to hear it, Hirmuolio Pine, but if you can find some way to deal with those Guristas and Sansha, I'd be thankful. The Cartel may give us grief, but they've done good things for the Minmatar people too, even if nobody has a damn clue why, or what's in it for them.

All I know is that I'd prefer the Cartel to Guristas thugs and Sansha freaks. If you can, go and deal with their problems. Just don't go helping them too much, got it?

|This is a high-level stealth operation that will send you to nullsec. It is strongly recommended that you use an interceptor to move about freely in the depths of 0.0 space and complete these missions.

Declining a mission from a particular agent more than once every 4 hours may result in a loss of standing with that agent, except in the case of special missions that clearly state otherwise in their description.
The journey into nullsec is a dangerous one. You should only accept the assignment if you are prepared to encounter (and evade) high-risk situations such as interdiction bubble camps and entire alliances wanting to kill you.

The Republic Security Service is in no way liable for any assets or personnel lost as a result of accepting this assignment.

'''The Balance of Power''' is the Minmatar way of starting the Angel Angel Sound Epic Arc.

This is the minmatar method for starting the Angel epic arc. The agent is located at a beacon in Egbinger but the mission can be requested and accepted remotely. This requires 3.00 standing with either Republic Security Services corporation, Minmatar Republic faction or Aton Hordner agent. It so happens that this corporation is also the corporation you do missions for in [[Wildfire|Minmatar epic arc]] so if you have done that you will definitely have the requires standings.
To accept the Missions you need 3.00 Standing with either:
* Aton Hordner
* Republic Security Service
* Minmatar Republic
