Seems identical to the mission provided by Ovon Flac down to the thiefs dropping the reports required for the mission, it is unsure at this point if it is a static in PPG- XC or if the missions accepted from Ovon Flac may have prompted them to spawn. Current sigs for this site are DKJ-838 and PNQ-416 for later checking if it is a static or not.

The container you delivered to me was completely empty! Those damned Serpentis must have snatched the documents as you were loading the container aboard your ship.

I'm putting the blame for this mess squarely on your back. You need to solve this, <Pilot>! If my superiors find out the documents have been lost, we can expect some heads to roll ... your head, to be precise. Find the documents and bring them to me straight away. They cannot have gotten very far; I'm actually pretty sure they're in this very system.
