Even when armor tanked it can be faster than other cruisers.  With its bonused damage, it is a better cruiser than one might expect. However, that's damning with faint praise, as it is still an expensive hull for what you get.

Historically, sporting double damage bonuses and barely more fitting than the Thorax, the ship was left to be fit as even more of a glass cannon than the already squishy Thorax. Given that upshipping to a [[Brutix]] could bring more DPS and tank for a similar price, the Exequror Navy was very unpopular compared to peers such as the [[Vexor Navy Issue]], [[Osprey Navy Issue]], or the [[Omen Navy Issue]]. A balance pass in the Uprising expansion in 2022 lead to several buffs to the Exequror Navy that have catapulted the ship into wider use.
