There is no need to upload the new animations as separate files. You can just upload new version on the old files to overwrite them. Those new gifs are way too big though. With some tinkering I was able to make the hull repair one from 12 MB to 4 MB without any quality loss. I think that is still too big. Framerate and colors could be reduced a bit to make it even smaller.
