Travel fleets to Saisio were run within the uni in the weeks following the completion of Katia Sae's ten-year journey, accompanied by a guest lecture featuring Katia Sae, Thrice Hapus and Mynxee. From the New Eden Tour Guide page on the wiki:

Scheduling and set-up

• The hisec route from Amygnon to Saisio is 22 jumps, so it should take around less than an hour for the journey itself.
• It's recommended that the travel fleet carries an assortment of fireworks and firework launchers with it, they make for pretty screenshots.
• When you arrive in Saisio, warp to the Abagawa gate and you'll see the statue nearby. The memorial will show up in your sensor overlay as a landmark.
