Summary
The Council Diplomatic Shuttle was given out as a ten run blueprint in celebration of the tenth Council of Stellar Management[1], and a single shuttle as part of the Rewards of Democracy login event for the fifteenth till seventeenth Council of Stellar Management elections. The Council Diplomatic Shuttle has identical stats to the standard shuttles except for a slightly stronger tank.
