Furthermore Engineering should be at 5, Electronics at least at 4 and Weapon Upgrades at 4 or higher (for an easier fit and because of the T2 Gyrostabilizer). If you can't use T2 guns yet, meta4 will do the trick, but you won't be able to stay outside web range. To be able to use the T2 Warp Disruptor you need Electronics at 5. Drop to meta3 or meta4 if you don't have that.
