Summary
The Crow is the Caldari fleet interceptor, repurposed from the combat interceptor role in Rubicon 1.0, and as such has a bonus to warp disruptor and scrambler range, as well as the MWD signature radius bonus and bubble immunity common to all interceptors.
The Crow has 4 mid slots like the Stiletto, allowing it a lot of flexibility for choosing tackle and/or shield tank modules. The Crow is notable for also having significantly more lock range than other fleet interceptors, which is a major plus given lock range is one of their weaknesses. These strengths make the Crow an excellent interceptor for pure tackling.
The Crow is also bonused for missiles and rockets, both for kinetic damage and range. The high kinetic damage bonus means the Crow can put out good DPS for a fleet inty. The Crow's range bonus also plays to the ship's strengths, allowing it to use its speed to kite and sling missiles at 60km, or to "rocket kite", using precision rockets or range rigs to fire rockets from out of overheated web range.
