Rubicon added the ability for Eve Online to use DirectX 11 rather than DirectX9 to run the game. Due to issues with Mumble, the overlay will [b]not work with DX11 enabled. You need to enable DX9. The way to do this is to go into your laucher settings (the cog on the upper right corner of you launcher window). Once you do that, proceed to the DirectX tab and you will see a drop-down box allowing you to change the DX version Eve uses. Make sure you selected DirectX 9.
