Blood Havens are Class 9 Cosmic Anomalies found in null security space.
All ships spawn at 0 on the site beacon. Each successive wave is spawned by killing the last ship in the previous wave.
There is a possibility of a Dark Blood battleship commander rat spawning with the last wave.
