The [[Orca]] is a [[mining]] support vessel, classified as an Industrial Command Ship. You need to train the {{sk|Industrial Command Ships|mult=yes|price=yes}} skill in order to fly it. Note that even though it is listed under "Capital Industrial Ships" in the EVE market, it does NOT require the {{sk|Capital Industrial Ships}} skill (so don't buy the wrong skillbook!)
