The agent send you away to retrieve "Drone Mind Embryo". This item is found in Aether Drone Hive complex in the same system.
Even though you may see multiple beacons for th site in overview they are not for you. The mission gives an unique location for you that you can warp to like normal mission areas. But as you warp to it the location becomes buplic and anyone can warp to it. All wrecks in your site will belong to you no matter who deals what damage to them.
