Mission briefing
I work for the Sanctuary, one of the universe's foremost research institutions. We've recently managed to unearth what we believe could be facts paving the way towards greater understanding of the EVE Gate and how it operates; why it is the way it is. For us to put this information to practical use, however, we require more research data. You seem like the competent type. If you can do a bit of leg work for me, I'll make sure you're rewarded - and you'll be able to rest knowing you did your part in moving the scientific knowledge of today that little bit further forward.

First off, we're getting in a new batch of recently discovered material from a moon in the New Eden system, but our maintenance budget has been running low and many of our tools are in a sad state of disrepair. I have a batch of repair equipment here; if you could see fit to running this over to the SOE Bureau in Lanngisi, I would be much obliged - and so would my staff.
