The Goru's Shuttle can be received as a drop in COSMOS site located at Otitoh VII Moon 19 and one is required in a [[Caldari COSMOS]] mission. If you want to get one from there you will either leave your ship in site as you take the shuttle or a ship with large enough cargohold to take the shuttle in.
