Rogue Drone Blockage is a static COSMOS complex found in Hjoramold system. The site needs to be scanned down with probess. Alternatively you can just warp to planet 13 and you will land on the same grid. The site is ungated and has no restrictions on ships.
Site details
The only special NPC is a Searcher Drone. The site can be cleared easily, and the rats can be aggressed separately.
