ISHAEKA Tactical Response HQ is an Unrated Complex found only in the Monalaz constellation in the Genesis region. The site is ungated at warpin and is NOT deadspace. It is very hard and should only be attempted by skilled players. CONCORD and Amarr Empire rats are present. You will likely receive hefty standing losses from them.
