ISHAEKA Tactical Response HQ is an Unrated Complex found only in the Monalaz constellation in the Genesis region. The site is ungated at warpin and is NOT deadspace in first pocket. It is very hard and should only be attempted by skilled players. CONCORD and Amarr Empire rats are present. You will likely receive hefty standing losses from them.
AVOID using cap-dependent modules in this site, you will likely lose your ship.

Loot

Typical loot drop from the rats is just metal scraps, T1 ammo, drones, possible meta modules and insignias. The ISHAEKA Monalaz Commander can drop meta and Imperial Navy faction modules and possibly 3% and 5% skill hardwiring implants. Rarely it can contain a one-run Apocalypse Navy Issue BPC.
