Ivy League Policy

IVY members should be familiar with the rules concerning posting to the Killboard.

Step By Step Instructions for Posting a Killmail or Lossmail

  1. Open up your "Character Sheet" in the NeoCom.

  2. Click "Combat Log".

    You should see the following 3 options:
    • Kills
    • Losses
    • Settings

  3. Click the "Kills" or "Losses" tab, and Right-click "Copy Kill Information". Kills and losses must be posted seperately, including capsule losses.

  4. Visit http://killboard.eve-ivy.com/?a=post or click "post mail" at the top of any killboard page.

  5. Paste the Kill information into the box and enter the Killboard password. The password can be found in the NeoCom, under the Corporation section, in the Alliances tab, Bulletins tab.

  6. Click on the "here" link that appears in the confirmation message and enter a comment on the new page on the lower left side. This will require another password. (See #5.)

    The comment should explain briefly the engagement conditions; who aggressed first, security status or corp standing of the opponent, solo or fleet engagement, etc. Comments do not appear immediatly after posting, there is usually a few minutes delay.

    Do NOT include a link to the AAR. Do NOT name the FC, scout, or anyone else in the comment.
