Genom's Secret Outpost is a COSMOS site that can be found in the Audesder system. It is a possible combat anomaly and has the static signature RAZ-473.

Walkthrough

Gate to the first defense point

When attempting to use the gate:
This gate is locked! To activate it, you need to have Ammatar Navy Raid Leader Insignia in your cargo hold. By all signs it will not be consumed upon use, so the only problem is to locate the thing!
