* Command Centers can now be upgraded. You can only buy basic command centers from now on from the market and upgrade it later via colony management.

**This means you dont have to upgrade your colony by deleting everything and start new.

**And it is also very helpful for wartimes because u can upgrade your colonies remotely.

* Extraction has been totally changed

** Extractor have been removed. They will finish the cycle they have installed and then go offline forever. This means you have delete them after they have finished with the cycle.

** Now we have a combination of extractor control units (ECU) and extractor heads. This means you have one controlpoint for extraction (the ECU) up to 8 heads for the extraction.

** There a several changes comming with this... but one major change that I noticed is that the ECU's use more power then the extractors and thus I cant place the same amout of 'extractors' as before (I will insert details later)

* Extractor Control Unit

** can have several extractor heads, those can be moved around for better extraction amount.

** allow the installation (and stopping!) of extraction programms. This goes up to programms for 14 days, but of course with less performance and a increase in extraction area

** allow the change of the extracted material, thus u can extract one ressource one day, move extractors around and extract another ressource the other day.

** have a very large shaded area around it. This represents the area where extraction heads can be placed. This means u can place the ECU closer to the launch pad to save on the link costs between the two. But be aware that the performance of the heads also changes with the distance to the ECU (not clear in what way, that is still confusing to me, but it definitely affects extraction amount).
