Attacking the deeps space stronghold triggers a EM smartbomb dealing roughly 4000 damage with a range of at least 101 km. Smartbomb only triggers once, and warping out does not reset it

The deep space stronghold has about 500,000 ehp and triggers reinforcement at 30% hull:
