Quoting the page as of this writing (2024/03/23), emphasis mine:
Combat sites are usually found via exploration and most fall into one of two broad categories: combat anomalies and cosmic signatures. The most notable difference is that anomalies do not need locating, while cosmic signatures must be found using Core Scanner Probes.
However, all throughout the page, there are combat anomalies listed whose descriptions specifically state they must be found via exploration. An example is Sansha Hideaway, which is labelled "Type: Combat Anomaly", and whose header states, quote:
It can be found via exploration as a cosmic anomaly within systems owned by the Amarr Empire and Ammatar Mandate.
I do believe what the individual combat anomaly pages state is accurate (that they need to be discovered via exploration), which brings into question what the main Combat sites page is saying.
