The is tax.
There is tax.

I want to 'spread the risk'. There will be kill rooms. There will be disconnects, and there will be pilot mistakes. I want everyone to be able to learn in quite safe environment, without worrying (too much) about having funds to buy another 10 ships. So I decided to impose 10% tax on all loot collected.

Of course - it's all based on trust, I can't check what you get from runs - but I have high hopes.

=== Ranks ===
==== Where does my tax go? ====
* SRP - I will offer some level of SRP. As much as I'd like to offer 100%, and have self-sustaining program - it won't happen in the beginning, so I'm aiming for 50% SRP.
* Initial investment - program will be fed with initial ISK (for ships/consumables) by 'sponsors'. If program will have excess ISK, sponsors will be paid back<ref>No guarantees to anyone that it will happen.</ref><ref>If you want to sponsor some ships, DM me</ref>
* Rewards - I want to promote active runners. I will do it via <s>carrot</s> ISK in form of rewards ;)

=== Ranks and Tiers ===
I decided to introduce rank system, to allow everyone to know and understand what's the proficiency of other members. That way you don't have to guess, try it out, or run lower tiers (well, you still can) - you know in advance that other pilots are proficient in specific Tier/Role. It will change in the future, so don't be too attached to it :)

Rank marks the Tier that you are currently aiming to run:

* Calm noun - pilot is running Solo T1s. To promote, you have to be confident in T1s, be able to run them solo and have proficiency in recognizing spawns.

* Agitated noun - pilot is running Duo T2s. T2s do not require 3 pilots, and do not require FC role - you run in 'tandem', where one pilot takes the aggro, and the other follows calls. Preferably - swapped after every room, so everyone gets spooked euqally. To graduate you need 50 runs completed, and you have to feel confident enough :)

* Fierce noun
* Fierce noun - pilot is running T3s in Trio Fleet. That's a stepping stone, and you should really run enough to see all spawn variants - hard to say how many runs it will take, but the aim is to 'not die' ever in T3s, as they do not pay enough to cover losses reasonably quickly. The aim is to not have FC role or tank fit - everyone is tank fit, swap who enters first every room/run. That person should call out and/or tag targets - make them understood by other pilots.
