I'm glad to see you made it over, [Player Name]. I have a problem with some Gallente miners that I think you'd be perfect for.

The Gallente have set up another mining operation near one of our asteroid belts. They bring in semi-mobile reprocessing stations and then mine the location dry. You have to recognize this as just another act of war, Thocksan. Chief Executive Panel has lost millions of ISK to these Federation parasites. It's almost as damaging as a direct attack, but it doesn't draw the sort of military response an overt assault would, which is why we need capsuleer assistance to deal with this quickly.

We know they've set up mining outpost at one of the smaller deadspace asteroid pockets Chief Executive Panel frequents. They do this in the hope that nobody will come after them. I need you to send the Federation a message that they're wrong – that the State will pursue them every time. You must show them that there's no profit to be made from illegally mining belts we have claimed.

Go to the outpost and destroy absolutely everything; all the miners and any reprocessing stations you see. Level the place entirely. The loss of personnel and equipment will set them back and send a clear message to stick to their own space.
