If I am not mistaken, Evanova has not been updated in a while and does not work with ESI Character scopes. If anyone else has this experience, perhaps the tool should be moved or a note added. Eve Chat Watch
It looks like Eve Chat watch doesn't exist anymore. The web site is up, but their sourceforge download link doesn't work. I never used it so I'm not really plugged into any community it may have.
Yeah, not sure. The current link goes to a page that hosts its download on Mediafire dating to May 2013, so it looks like it still exists as of now. Volthe enʹkor (talk) 03:31, 20 December 2013 (UTC)

Update (EveMon)
I actually created an account for only this. After realizing that BattleClinic is (nearly) gone, i was looking for other things. It still states that you can upload Kills via Evemon to BC. Is there some replacement (still searching atm) Hells messenger (talk) 20:32, 3 April 2016 (CDT)
