I have perfect refine skills (0% tax) for all high sec ores (Veldspar, Scordite, Plagioclase, Pyroxeres, Omber, Kernite) for Sisters of EVE (SoE) corp stations. I'm usually around Hek/Nakugard since there are Sisters of EVE stations in the Ani constellation behind Nakugard.
