The Uni used to maintain a list of capsuleers with perfect skills who would happily reprocess materials for new industrialists at various locations across New Eden.
The list was split into Perfect refiners (who had at least 8 refining skills trained to Level 5) Pretty Good refiners (who had at least 8 refining skills to Level 4), and Good refiners (anyone else)
These individuals then added themselves to the Perfect Refiner list with details of their relevant skills and implants, any fees they charged for contracts, and the locations they were able to refine at.
Unfortunately as the list was not automated to Uni membership or activity, once people left the Uni or fell inactive, their details on the list remained out-of-date.
The current process is just for new members to ask in chat and refining help will be given
