Throughout his career, Guillome Renard has endeavored to bring a swift end to the freedoms of War Targets. When at peace he turns his attention towards expanding the freedoms of his fellow Unistas, most recently through an extended effort to bring ever larger incursion fleets into the Uni repertoire.
