The Vexor Navy-Issued cruiser was originally designed to carry advanced on-board technologies requiring a great deal of skill to operate, but at the last moment the Federation Navy decided to scrap the more complex designs in favor of simple upgrades to the standard Vexor's armor, shields, hull and fitting options. The result: a monster of a combat cruiser. SHIP BONUSES

Summary
The Vexor Navy Issue is, essentially, a straight up buffed version of the original model. With extra EHP across the board (but especially in armor), as well an additional turret hardpoint and drone bandwidth, it's a sizeable improvement over a vanilla Vexor. Unfortunately, it's sizable pricetag and relative rarity make it a rather uneconomical choice for a missioning or PvP ship.
