Yeah, not sure. The current link goes to a page that hosts its download on Mediafire dating to May 2013, so it looks like it still exists as of now. It looks like Eve Chat watch doesn't exist anymore. The web site is up, but their sourceforge download link doesn't work. I never used it so I'm not really plugged into any community it may have.
