My suggestion for a rookie fun party

This is the big question in this game.
Game preconditions
- Active EVE University membership
- ONLY Velator usage with default fittings
(The one you get for free when you are killed?)
- It has one mining laser and one combat weapon And that's it!
(No mods no rigs only these two lasers.)
- So now also the very green rookies can join
- AND when you are killed you can get one for free in the nearest station!
Combat field layout
- There is one designated station or Orca for lock & load.
- One designated asteroid field
Game rules
- NO podding!!!! --> podding = disqualification!
- Duration 10 minutes per match
- Unlimited use of default fitted Velators
- You can only shoot at Velators
- You can do mining
- You can use drones for fight, salvage, mining
- Or you can do everything? -> Shooting, mining & salvaging?
The winner is the one with the most kills AND the most ore mined AND the most salvaged
- To make the Rookies more confident you can give the Rookies drones and the veterans no drones.
- So the rookie can choose 1 big drone , 2 fighter drones, 2 mining drones, 2 salvage drones or mixed drones
- Make a competition match with promotions and demotions -> Ultimately one winner
Variations
- Make veteran players Squad commander and they have to lead the squad to victory
- Rookies in a small fleet / veterans solo
- put every team in a fleet so it is more easy to sort out the loot of the team
