The Newbro-Speech
This should basically act as an aid to memory when guiding new pilots through their first incursion-moments as the FC. Most of it can be found on the Incursions checklist. I will probably mention that site a few more times.
Always
- Answer questions. When someone asks questions it means he is willing and eager to learn. Those pilots are the most valuable ones.
Before he joins the fleet
