Summary
The Vulture is a Caldari command ship designed as a railgun platform. With its dual optimal range bonus it would make a good sniper, but is rarely used for that role in practice. With its shield resistance bonus and one extra mid slot over the Nighthawk the Vulture can sport the strongest shield buffer tank of any command ship, making it the preferred booster for providing siege warfare links to large shield fleets.

- With all skills at V, WITH fleet bonuses from this ship and assuming a Shield Warfare Mindlink in slot 10, this ship has 102 K EHP, flies at 1038 m/s (1470 m/s with MWD overheated) and align in 10.7 s (7.9 s with MWD off). The capacitor will last 3 min 22 s.
- Damage varies between 748 dps at 5.8 + 8.1 km with Caldari Navy Antimatter and 616 dps at 16 + 11 km with Null.
- The scram can be replaced by an ECCM, a point, a web or an ECM module, to taste.
