Locating & Difficulty
Serpentis Logistical Outposts are unrated combat sites that can be found in low-sec, or as an escalation from completing Serpentis Rally Point anomalies.
The site is located behind an acceleration gate that allows T2 Battleships or lower to access.
The site comes in two parts. Part 1 is found by probe scanning or as an escalation. Completing Part 1 will always cause an escalation to Part 2 at another location.
Cross-referencing local comms chatter with CONCORD intelligence databases. Location of illicit Serpentis repair facility determined. Now updating Expedition panel with target location.
