Beizan Picholen
Beizan Picholen is a multi part level 1 mission for Gallente Federation.
The mission can be started in any of the three Gallente Federation data centers.
The mission chain will reward the player with one random +3% hardwiring implant and Caldari State faction standings.
The mission chain can be completed only once. Failed mission can not be attempted again. But the missions are very easy so as long as you pay attention and don't let the mission expire everything will be fine (one week time). The missions are easy enough for a brand new player in their first frigate to complete them without problems.
The mission chain is supposed to continue after Beizan Picholen (6 of 6) but the next agent "Boismevier Mals" is not active in the game.
The Graduation Certificate

Objective | Retrieve 1 x Gallente Graduation Certificate (0.1m³) |
Rewards | Gallente Graduation Certificate (signed) and faction standing |
Mission briefing |
---|
The colleague that I mentioned, Avrue Auz, requires your graduation certificate before she'll offer you work. I suppose you've left it behind at your hangar somewhere? If not I can easily have a copy of it made on <StationName>. Just pick it up there and bring it to me. Once I've signed it then you're all set to speak with Avrue. |
This is the starting mission for the Beizan Picholen mission chain. This mission can be requested from three agents (Etien Duloure, Maray Ygier, and Vausitte Yrier) and thus can be completed three times. The ISK value of the reward is low, but it also awards faction standing.
The mission is simple: fetch one unsigned certificate from a nearby station and the agent will sign it for you. The signed certificate is needed to get the next mission from Avrue Auz.

Since you are so eager to work for me, <Capsuleer>, I would like to start off our relationship by explaining a few critical details.
Fly to the trade hub and extract a clue that will help Avrue in her plight. A good place to look is inside one of Kelmiler's warehouses. Perhaps his transaction logs may reveal something. Make sure that you also remove all the guards protecting the warehouse. Avrue's Story Anyway, the feud was quite draining on the Picholens, especially their wallet. But the biggest disaster the family had ever faced came only a few years ago. It was a dreadfully cold afternoon during the height of the Chabash winter on Chandeille when I received the news that a Picholen industrial had been caught by planetary security forces, trying to smuggle a troop of slaves and illegal combat boosters into Namin City. Speculation had it that the slaves were to be used as cheap manpower in a secret military operation directed against Auboure, named after its ancient ruling family. To me, this siezure of assets was bad enough, but to make matters far worse, my employer, Beizan, was directly implicated in the deal, for the industrial smuggling the contraband had been rented in his name. It was a debacle. Kaalakiota canceled their multi-million ISK deal with Picholen, and the Governor of Chandeille placed a huge fine on the family that has basically crippled its financial status. In other words, the Picholens lost everything other than their name and sovereignty over Namin City. Most of their lands were confiscated, as well as their overseas bank accounts. I'm a bit surprised you haven't heard this story, in fact; it was all over the Federation media at the time. But anyway, to cut the story short, Beizan was imprisoned in Pinmouth, an infamous Federation prison facility in Lirsautton, and resides there still. It is my firm belief, however, that Beizan is really innocent, and that is why I sent for someone like you. |

A few elite frigates. Deal with them and grab the mission item. The container is not locked but the guards need to be killed to complete the mission.

Objective | Retrieve 1 x Reports (0.1m³) |
Rewards | FedMart Reports + 23,000 + time bonus |
Mission briefing |

The documents you retrieved reveal nothing about the industrial. However, what interests me is that Kelmiler appears to have sold a large number of illegal boosters to a member of FedMart, located in Jel. Interestingly, these boosters are identical to the ones found inside the industrial that was caught by the planetary security forces on Chandeille. Yes, a very interesting find indeed.
I want you to fly to the FedMart station in Jel. I have an acquaintance there who will supply me with records of transactions at that station. Perhaps they will lead us to whoever bought those boosters from Kelmiler Delbone. |
The agent tells you to pick up some reports from a station 2 jumps away. The reports are the generic variant, so you can bring your own to avoid traveling. The rewarded "FedMart Reports" allows you to take missions from Mamo Guerre whom you find in the next mission.

Objective | Retrieve 1 x Mamo's Message |

Mission briefing |

I'd like you to pay Mamo Guerre a visit. You might find him near the moon of Lirsautton VI; my sources claim that he frequents that place. See if you can scrounge up evidence linking him with the incident Beizan's rotting in jail for. If Mamo's playing any part of this ... why, I'll drag his name so far through the dirt he'll move to Fountain and live as a hermit. But let's give him something Beizan certainly could have used during his trial ― the luxury of being innocent until proven guilty. |
The agent tells you to retrieve a message from Mamo Guerre. He is located at Mamo's Backyard in the same system. The location can be scanned down, or you can simply warp to the moon of Lirsautton VI as mentioned in the Mission Briefing. It is static - once found, the bookmark you put there will work forever. To receive Mamo's message you must do a few missions for the new agent.

So let me get this straight. You want me to tell you what I did with the boosters that I supposedly bought through my connections in FedMart? No problem, as long as you do something for me. You rub my back, I rub yours.
There is a certain commodity I am after, which is extremely hard to acquire. It's virtually undetectable with the current sensors used by the customs officials, and is highly illegal if you get my drift. It so happens that I know where a few units of this commodity are stashed. In fact I've configured the gateway located behind my ship to send you there. It's being guarded of course, but that's why I need you. Bring me what I need, and I'll give you the information you've been looking for. Deal? |
The Crash Ultra is found in the canister when you take the acceleration gate leading to a deeper area of Mamo's Backyard. It is defended by nine frigates, and the container is locked until the five rookie ships circling it are destroyed.
The Plot Thickens (3 of 3)
Type | Courier |
Objective | Deliver 1 x Crash Ultra (0.1m³) |
Rewards | Mamo's Message + 0.161 Gallente Federation faction standing + time bonus |
Mission briefing |

Don't be so hasty, <Capsuleer>. There's always a catch you know. All you have to do is transport the commodity to the FedMart storage facility in Jel. I need it analyzed there in our lab, plus you'll make a good test dummy to see if it actually works against the customs officials at the stargates.
Once the item is in your hangar there, then I will reward you with the information you seek. And I do hope you'll never show your face in my territory again after this is over, comprende? |
This time, the agent asks you to deliver the Crash Ultra to another station for testing. As a reward, you get Mamo's message that is needed for the next mission from Avrue Auz.
This mission can be completed remotely. Remember to take the reward into your cargo if you complete this mission while in a station. Return to Avrue Auz to continue with her mission chain.

Ok, it's time to pay Eilard Ansti a visit. I'd like you to bring him here; I really need to have a ... chat with him. He must know something about the crime, and it's essential that we acquire this information. You may use any means necessary ― you'll receive a sizable reward for your efforts, of course, and I'll see to it that the authorities don't get involved.
I will supply you with a bookmark to Ansti's whereabouts. Fortunately for us, he owns a small piece of space here in Lirsautton, set within a deadspace pocket. You'll have to navigate through a few checkpoints due to the warp disruption, but I'm sure you can "convince" the guards to let you through... I won't pull any punches here, <Character>. This may be quite dangerous. Good luck. |

The results of the autopsy scan show that Eilard was killed by a blaster at close range, most likely by the Serpentis goons who were waiting for you when you arrived. However, I did find an interesting bit of data in his ComPlant. The Serpentis probably hadn't gotten to extracting it when you showed up, so I was able to recover his datajournal entries.
Most of the information was useless (if mildly entertaining...), but one very recent bit of mem-script reads, "Meet Govarde at 1800h." Now, I might be reaching a little here, but perhaps this "Govarde" was one of the Serpentis you killed earlier? Maybe he was the person Eilard was due to meet? Certainly a difficult theory to prove, but I have an idea. I want you to pay a visit to Aunia I - Moon 11 - Federation Navy Assembly Plant and pick up a package from a Navy data technician there. The records are off limits to non-Navy personnel, for they contain extensive data on the Serpentis, but I have a contact working there who should be able to do the research for me. He owes me one, and this is as good a time as any to pay up. |
Simple courier mission for a fast ship.

The data you retrieved revealed that this Govarde is indeed a member of the Serpentis organization and is wanted by CONCORD for a number of offenses. He was last seen in Lirsautton, which would explain his meeting here with Eilard. Now we can only hope that he wasn't one of the Serpentis you killed during your retrieval of Eilard's corpse, but I think we can assume Govarde is alive until we receive evidence to prove otherwise: The Navy database has no record of his death.
I have a bookmark that should lead you to a luxury resort in Lirsautton that has been under investigation for quite some time as a secret drug-manufacturing op. Not yet proven, of course, but the interesting part is that Govarde has been sighted there frequently by civilians staying at the resort. I want you to snoop around and search for any clues that might lead us to him. |
The agent sends you to fetch a criminal from an luxury resort.
The resort sits in an ungated area protected by a few frigates. Take out the frigates if you can't tank them and proceed to destroy the luxury resort. The station has some considerable hitpoints, so be prepared to shoot a while. A minute or two after the station blows up, your target will arrive - blow it up and grab the Govarde Alourtine from the dropped container.
