Can we include a warning somewhere on this page that cap transfers cause suspect in high/low sec space, making them somewhat dangerous.

It's something relevant in nullsec, too, because you can inherit a weapons timer from topping up someone's cap and then be unable to jump a gate. I've added a brief note with a link to the page that explains remote assistance and its legal implications.
