Rakogh Administration Complex is a static COSMOS combat site in 3GD6-8 in the region of Catch.

Rakogh Administration Complex

The Rakogh Administration Complex is the heart of Sansha presence in the constellation. Ruled by one of the most cunning and deceptive overlords in Sansha's army, Pashan Mitah, it has long been a beacon of strength that has caused fear and doubt in all but the bravest pioneers in 9HXQ-G. Currently the complex is being used as a staging point for Sansha's offensive in the constellation, aimed at uprooting all opposition to firmly claim it as a province of the Nation. From here Pashan controls hordes of minions which scour the asteroid belts and moons and other obvious areas in search of prey. Because of its importance, Rakogh has been the target of sabotage numerous times in the past, but with its formidable defenses few have succeeded in causing any serious damage.

The first deadspace pocket inside this Administration Complex is used as a gathering point for Pashan's forces before they venture out on an expedition, and as a security perimeter to defend the base from attack.

On killing the Elder-Advisor
One of Pashan's advisors can be seen idly orbiting a scanner post, waiting for the go-ahead to enter the complex from the security personnel. He has recently returned from deep within Sansha space, who knows what tidings he brings to his master.

On killing the Elder-Advisor

The death of Pashan's advisor, crushed by debris in the explosion of his ship, has triggered a wave of alarm signals from inside the Rakogh Administration Complex. Pashan Mitah: Fools! You dare assassinate my most prized minion! Have you not heard what I do to those who pester me?! Your minds shall be plugged into our mainframe, and you shall be forced to work hard labor until your limbs start to bleed and your intestines fail due to exhaustion. And then your brain shall be revived in a new body, until it too suffers the same fate! For centuries you will be my slave, never to taste the sweet nectar of freedom. Mongrels!
