Recover the Krusual spy from Tabar's training compound, located within the 0.5 Hek system.

Notes
Warp to the encounter. You will land about 25km away from 3x Mercenary Rookie ships, which you will have to destroy. Then 3x Mercenary Fighter ships and Mizara will spawn. After you destroyed Mizara the mission is complete.
When you turn in Kaita Eslin says: "You've destroyed a pirate ring that would have taken us months to work through. High marks all around."
