The T3 Subsystem skills are current as of 2018/11/29, but for some reason the Wiki believes that Core Subsystem Technology is obsolete. It has actually replaced Electronic and Engineering subsystem technologies, see the July 2017 patch notes https://www.eveonline.com/article/patch-notes-for-july-2017-release
I don't know how to correct this.
