The Devil‘s Dig Site is a static COSMOS site in Otitoh. At the warp in you find several Caldari COSMOS agents and about 90 km off an acceleration gate. T1 battlecruiser can enter the site.

You need a relic analizer to hack those cans.
Ancient Temple
The site consist of two big group of cans which are each guarded by rats. You land between those groups. If the site has been activated an additional group of rats is at the warpin. Their DPS is relatively high and some of the frigates point and web. So be careful. If this group is present best try to warp off as quick as possible and reevaluate.
