To get a Bestower from 4800 m³ up to 39k  m³ cargo capacity it needs  Amarr Hauler trained to V. At 5% per skill level this adds 25% getting the capacity to 6000 m³. By adding 6x Expanded cargo hold II, 27.5% per module, the capacity gets up to 25,775.8 m³. Cargo capacity is not stacking penalized and module bonuses are multiplicative 1,275 x 1,275 x 1,275 x 1,275 x 1,275 x 1,275 = 4.296 x 6,000 = 25,775.8 m³.
