Eve University welcomes members who wish to contribute to the student community by holding events and teaching classes.

Permission

You do not need to be a Teacher or Event Officer in order to run a class or hold an event, but you are asked to seek advice from the relevant team if you are not on the staff. If you are planning a class, discuss it with the Training Manager, or if you are planning any other kind of event, the Events Manager.

To get the best turnout for your class or event:

Check the in-game calendar for available dates/times. Using the format found here, post a new topic in the "Scheduled Classes" section of the forum. In the in-game calendar, post a Corporate event with the [CLASS] tag, following these guidelines: http://www.eve-ivy.com/wiki/index.php?t ... y_Calendar Run your event!

If your event is a class, you are also asked to post an after-class report on the class using this form: http://spreadsheets.google.com/viewform ... YnVjNmc6MQ
