Sorry to say this, but, Cry Havoc haven't collapsed. If anything, they used the war with the uni as a kick off to bigger and better things. Since they finished their war, they've gone from strength to strength, and allied themselves with Red Alliance and Razor.
They were responsible for taking out Sev3rance's Leviathian Titan in Providence in late July with a sub-capital fleet. Took them 3 minutes of sustained fire: http://www.ituroncavalry.com/killboard/?a=kill_detail&kll_id=55853.

Cry-Havoc / Seppuku Warriors
Its Cry-Havoc the corp, rather than not Cry Havoc the alliance - http://killboard.eve-ivy.com/?a=kill_detail&kll_id=3614291 - and the corp has indeed collapsed, with only one member now.
Also, seeing as SW hasn't been around during their own war, had none of their members have actually decided to get some PvP, or even undock, I think its safe to say that they have collapsed, going from 60-ish members to around 20, none few of who seem to be active any more, and many of who are known alts.
