Joining The Refine List

Classification:

You are a "Perfect" refiner if you have eight or more refining skills trained to V
You are a "Pretty Good" refiner if you have eight or more refining skills trained to at least IV
Otherwise, you are a "Good" refiner

After you figured out how you are classified, copy the {{Perfect refiner}}, put it in alphabetical order under that section and fill in the template parameters.

Feel free to look at examples of how other refiners have filled out the template.
