When you warp to Eram IV - Moon 2, you will find yourself in an unnamed, unmarked site with Logut's Abode, a locked acceleration gate, and Blasted Neon Sign. n. Start conversation with Logut's Abode to speak to Hlebnar Tonari, who will give you a "hostage exchange" mission, you will need a Data Analyzer to hack the Blasted Neon Sign to retrieve the objective for completion, the mission rewards you with Logut Akell required for the current mission.
